Terms and Conditions for Posting Your FREE Ad in BangkokAtoZ.com's Classified Ads 1. This is a completely free service I'm pleased to offer. However, I do NOT endorse ANY service or product advertised here, and I specifically deny any responsibility for any service or product you may retain, rent, or purchase from an advertiser. 2. NO sex-oriented ads. Period. Full stop. Violators WILL BE REPORTED to their ISP and, if appropriate, public authorities. 3. NO ads for anything even merely HINTING at any form of discrimination or hatred, whether based on race, religion, nationality, gender, age, political belief, or any other distinguishing criteria. Period. Full stop. Violators WILL BE REPORTED to their ISP and, if appropriate, public authorities. 4. Advertisers and respondents to advertisements agree by their use of this service to hold me harmless and entirely free of ANY responsibility for any business they may conduct as a result of any ad posted here. If you're an advertiser and are dissatisfied with a respondent, take it up with that respondent; I don't even want to know about it. If you're a respondent and are dissatisfied with an advertiser, take it up with that advertiser; I don't even want to know about THAT, either. 5. I'm sorry to have to do this, but from now on I will accept no commercial advertisements not related at least to Thailand (and preferably with a Bangkok connection). While I am *not* charging at this time for an ad in the Classified section, I will be setting up a separate commercial fee-based advertising section later, and reserve the sole right based entirely and only on my own discretion to delete any commercial advertisement without notice. 6. The sole exception to number 4 above is that anyone can contact me at MekhongKurt@BangkokAtoZ.com to report an inappropriate advertisement.
